Traditional Pine Tar Soap

Pine Tar has long been known as a treatment for minor skin problems, such as eczema, psoriasis, seborrhea, insect bites, rashes and acne.  Hardy outdoorsmen and farmers would traditionally grab a bar of good old-fashioned Pine Tar Soap to cut through their stinky armpits and filthy hair as an “All-In-One” Cleanser.   Today, we know that Pine Tar is a natural anti-microbial / antiseptic agent, which works wonders on dry, itchy skin.

Campagnola Farms uses a traditional recipe for its’ Pine Tar Soap, using only Lard from local Vermont Raised Pigs, Lye, Water and Pine Tar.  All of my soaps are rough-cut by hand, so each bar is unique!  It remains one of the best all-natural anti-microbial soaps on the market today!
